Saving a Message as a Text File
You can save messages that you have received to or sent from the Secure Message Center as a text file. You can then keep a copy of the message, even after it expires and has been removed from your Inbox.
To save a message as a text file:
- From the Inbox or Sent Mail tab, select the Subject link to open the message that you want to save.
- Select the arrow next to the More Actions drop-down field.
- Select Save message as a text file.
Note: you can only save the message, not attachments, using this method. If you would like to save an attachment along with the message that contains it, see Saving Messages and Attachments.
- Click Go.
- Follow the Internet browser instructions to save the file to a location you specify.
